Eamon Modular Cam Driven Station

Kahle's patented modular EAMON pick-and-place system, a precise cam-driven solution that combines horizontal and vertical movements on a common shaft, enables independent operation of each pick-and-place module. This allows for speed, reliability and flexibility. Depending on the design of the module, a component can change positions easily and accurately as it moves throughout a system. Additionally, this modular approach to cam driven movement provides for ease of design, maintainability, and troubleshooting in production by utilizing a 1:1 ratio between the movement reflected in the cam and the station tooling movement at the product.
